Hello, we haven't met. I own and manage TheAmbassadorHotel.com. This is in response to your email, appearing below.
TheAmbassadorHotel.com has a Discussion Board that is an open forum. Information posted by various and sometimes unidentified individuals is not censored. I believe that the "mud slinging and slander" you speak of was an anonymous contribution to the page, and certainly not the opinion of TheAmbassadorHotel.com, as we don't know each other.

If you have a rebuttal or correction, I suggest you post it on the Board and direct it at the individual who made the comment, not at the website that hosts the Board. Leaving two messages to basically correct the spelling of your name is not particularly substantive, but if that is all you wish to add, thanks for your contribution, although the Board is intended for discussion about the hotel, not to resolve personal disputes. Speaking of spelling- you may want to run a spell check on your own website.
I also believe the entire contents of TheAmbassadorHotel.com, including postings on the Discussion Board, are firmly protected by The U.S. Constitution; see Amendment I.
In addition, I understand there is ample recent case law protecting websites that provide a place for free discussion, without being responsible for the content contributions originating from outside sources.
I would hope that you will devote any further available time to The Ambassador Hotel, very much in need of attention right now, and not expend your energy, and the energy of others, to squabble about self-centered nonsense, taking up resources that could otherwise be spent more productively.
By the way, who is Djmarco@prodigy.net, who you copied on your email? I see no indication this person has ever had anything to do with the Board.
