If "California's Gold" currently doesn't have any plans to do a show about the Ambassador, what could it hurt to let them know we're thinking about the hotel?
By letting them know people haven't forgotten about the Ambassador, perhaps they'll reconsider leaving the topic "on file."
If the Ambassador doesn't qualify as California Gold, albeit former gold at the moment, with potential to return to gold, I don't know what does!
