It didn't sell on eBay- I think the opening asking price was too high ($99.95), but if you email the seller, you might be able to pick it up for much less. Or the seller might have already put it back for sale on eBay.

That's actually how I picked up a copy of the book- didn't sell on eBay, and emailed the seller after the auction had closed.
